New Fitness Plan

since the old one has failed. 

  • workout no less than 4 times a week, before noon.
  • pace myself so I don’t feel like I’m always tired, also going in the morning as opposed to the night should help. 
  • walking to and from the gym will add exercise and be a good cool down (about a mile) 
  • well rounded workout: cardio, lifting, and sports (primarily, basketball). 
  • drink more water and less pop, soda, coke whatever you call depending on your region of origin. 
  • If this fails, may consider hiring personal trainer
